Job Description:_x000D_
Projects Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and documenting the business needs of clients and stakeholders, and helping to determine feasible solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems. _x000D_
This position has the following accountabilities:_x000D_
Capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements. _x000D_
Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options. _x000D_
Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement._x000D_
Documentation to communicate requirements and related information._x000D_
Interact with software suppliers, designers and developers to understand software limitations, deliver elements of system and database design, and ensure that business requirements and use cases are handled._x000D_
Create acceptance criteria and validate that solutions meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing. _x000D_
Prepare business cases to justify solution value and establish approval, funding and prioritization. _x000D_
Understand and stay abreast of relevant architectures and technologies related to a business area. _x000D_
Lead stakeholder management activities and facilitate sessions/ workshops_x000D_
Skills & Requirements:_x000D_
Experience of various Agile frameworks and Agile project experience. Experience in Agile tooling (ex -VSTS) and certifications are preferred._x000D_
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification preferred._x000D_
Lean Practitioner training and experience are preferred

Total Experience: 5 years plus ;_x000D_
Experience in O&G industry/consulting in the space of Digital transformation._x000D_
Experience of working in analytics projects (dashboarding in Power BI, data engineering in SQL/ Python or any cloud), CRM functional consultant , and/ or other digital transformation projects would be preferred._x000D_
Understanding of upstream sector in O&G is preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills_x000D_
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills_x000D_
Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams_x000D_

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the Scrum team_x000D_
